morning he has purchased the Alford Building at 702 )Kth St Ht did not disclose a sale price I he l')84 assessed value of the land and property was $349100 Barden department store will move across the street he said vacating its present building Kozak said he does not know what that building future use will be but said he hoped it would remain a retail operation The building is owned by the Iecktomus Estate Susan Harcus Racine is the secretarytreasurer of the estate Kozak said he is making the move because he needs more space In some of our departments we ve almost had to walk sideways''
