For the Record FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1996 KENOSHA NEWS B3 Deaths Lois M. Julius Natale Ventura Lois M. Julius, 77, 1703 60th died Wednesday (Dec. 4, 1996) at Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center. Born Jan.

24, 1919, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Edna (Tower) Walden. She attended Kenosha schools, including Kenosha Lols High School. Julius On Feb. 1, 1936, she married Kenneth H. Julius in Kenosha.

He died March 9, 1980. A member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, she was a homemaker most of her life. In 1982, she entered Kenosha Care Center. Surviving are three daughters, Beverly Ingersoll of Winthrop Harbor, Donna Bock of San Diego, and Karen Pindel of Des Plaines, and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother in infancy and a half-sister, Lila Jean Kasper.

Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Wayne E. Eppers Wayne Edwin Eppers, 65, formerly of Kenosha, late of Hudson, died Nov. 29 at the United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.

after being admitted there Nov. 22. Born Oct. 22, 1931, in Kenosha, he was the son of Edwin and Helen (Muhlenbeck) Eppers. He attended grade school and high school here.

After his schooling, he joined the U.S. Army from February 1952 to January 1954, attaining the rank of corporal. He received the Army Occupational Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. He was employed as the director at Management Information System in St. Paul and then as general manager for Land-O-Nod until his retirement in 1991.

On June 11, 1977, he married Kathleen B. Ayd in Minneapolis. He. enjoyed collecting stamps and guns. Surviving are his wife; a son, Scott Trossen of South Bend, his mother, Helen Eppers of Kenosha; a sister, Sharon Glidden of Northbrook, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father. O'Connall's Valley Funeral Service in Hudson handled arrangements. Louis C. Vite Louis C. "Springie" Vite, 70, 2401 18th who died Tuesday (Dec.

Clemens. A lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus Leo XIII, he was also past president of the Knights of Columbus Leo Credit Union. Surviving are his wife; four sons, Phillip, Kenneth, Dominic and Brian, all of Michigan; two daughters, Janice McMillan and Angela Profant, both of Michigan; three brothers, Frank and Dominic, both of Kenosha, and Louis of Racine; two sisters, Frances Ventura and Marion Wondrash, both of Kenosha; and 16 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Mancuso, and three daughters, Candace, Theresa and Martha. Schultz Funeral Home, East Pointe, is in charge of arrangements.

Tyrone L. Shepherd, 36, 1009 58th was sentenced by Judge Wilbur Warren to seven years in prison for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. Russell L. Rose 16, 1311 59th was sentenced by Judge Bruce Schroeder to 60 days in the County Jail for delivery of a lookalike controlled substance. The judge imposed three years of probation.

Steven M. Vermillion, 26, address unknown, was sentenced by Judge Michael Fisher to five years in prison for forgery as a repeat criminal offender and by Judge Bruce Schroeder to three years in prison for escape. Jason E. Schrieber, 20, address unknown, was sentenced by Judge Bruce Schroeder to 12 years in prison for attempted. armed robbery.

Albert Brownlee, 39, 5818 Fifth was sentenced by Judge Mary K. Wagner-Malloy to three years in prison for delivery of cocaine.

Maurice F. Bland, 21, of Racine was placed on three years of probation by Judge Michael Fisher for disorderly conduct as a repeat criminal offender. The judge stayed a six-month County Jail term.
